I Used To Worship Idols – Gospel Singer Prospii

Ghanaian pastor and gospel singer, Prosper Nor-Yite popularly known as Prospii has revealed that he used to be an idol worshipper in a recent interview with celebrity blogger, Eben Owurachy.

According to the Head Pastor of Living Light Christian Centre – Bohyen Branch, he had a very dark past filled with idolatry, thievery and hooliganism.

Prospii who got saved after experiencing a divine encounter with Jesus Christ in 2005 was thankful to God for the immense transformation he has witnessed in his life over the years.

The man of God was of the view that God has the power to change the evil life of the most notorious sinner and if God was able to change him for the better He can do same for anyone.

The pastor of 12 years also talked about his journey as a gospel artiste in the last 2 years.

In his statement, he thanked Ghanaians especially his church members for supporting his music career.

He disclosed that he hopes to make significant impact with gospel music in the years ahead.

Currently, Prospii, who also works as an experienced marriage counselor and sex therapist, is working on his debut gospel album and hopes to release it later this year.

He has been able to release about 4 singles since he began the music journey with ‘Somu Gye’ a song he featured Mary Agyemang and Andy OB becoming a big hit in Ghana.
